Is screen printing better than heat press or embroidery?
It depends on your project. Screen printing is best for large orders with bold designs and fewer colors. For small quantities or detailed logos, heat press might be better. Embroidery is great for a more premium, textured look. We’re happy to help you choose the best method for your needs.

Pricing depends on a few factors:

  • Total quantity of garments
  • Number of print locations (front, back, sleeve, etc.)
  • Number of ink colors in your design
  • Larger quantities usually mean a lower cost per piece. More print locations or colors can increase the overall price.
Turnaround time on screen printed items is 10 days to 2 weeks from when the order is approved. Rush services are offered.

We don’t charge art fees if you provide your own design. If you need help creating a design from scratch, additional art fees may apply.

We require vector files for screen printing. Accepted formats:

PDF

We can work with files like PNGs, JPEGs, or screenshots, but they may require additional setup time and costs.
