The process of Heat press has become a pivotal offering for us. The design capability and easy production are a heat press biggest asset. The heat press decoration process is not much different than screen printing and, in some situations, it is more applicable than screen printing. Heat press allow us to decorate the unique areas of certain garments that screen printing can’t properly reach.

Since heat press have been introduced to the decoration industry, the biggest concern has been quality and durability. We have seen many transfers fall to peeling and cracking. Other transfers contain a very ridged, paper like feel which affects shirt quality. Over the past 7 years we have thoroughly studied and tested multiple products from multiple companies in the hopes we could find something to our standard for our customers. After years of trial and error, we finally found the right pieces to produce high-quality, lasting heat transfers. The key components are in how the transfer is made and the proper application details.
Vinyl transfers are our most commonly used transfers for customers and companies that have high color logos with varying order quantities. Vinyl is extremely cost efficient which is perfect for those who have small order or big quantities. We wouldn’t use Vinyl transfers if we weren’t 100% sure of the finished product!
Ultra Ink transfers have been our top selling product in our transfer offering. These transfers contain materials similar to screen printing ink that, once applied, make the design permanent on your garment. Ultra Ink transfers are perfect for designs with large color ranges and produce vibrant prints. Ultra Ink transfers are more expensive than DTF transfers however, you can’t beat the Ultra Ink quality.
We also offer transfers that are designed specifically for the heavy-duty pieces. Garments like jackets, nylon materials, or for those in the trades who need 3M hi-visibility imprints.

Heat press is ideal for smaller runs, detailed or multi-color designs, and prints on materials that are harder to screen print (like nylon or certain jacket fabrics). Screen printing is best for large quantities and simpler designs.

We recommend vector files (like .AI, .EPS, or .PDF). If you don’t have vector art, we can help convert your design or offer mockups with a small setup fee for low quantities.
Turnaround time for heat press garments is roughly 10 days to 2 weeks from when the order is approved. Rush services are offered.
