There are no art fees for embroidery. However, new designs require a one-time $35 setup fee for digitizing the logo into an embroidery-ready format. Larger designs (such as full-back logos) may require additional setup costs.
We recommend providing vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for the best results, but we can also work with high-resolution PNG or JPEG files.
Yes, we accept customer-provided garments, but there are a few conditions:
We must inspect all items beforehand to ensure they’re suitable for embroidery. Some fabrics and existing logos may not work well.
Items must be sorted by size and clearly labeled for decoration placement.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during embroidery on customer-provided garments.
